There are support groups, and there are different types of therapies that are available to help you deal with these attacks. Often, they may include meditation breathing, yoga, mind-body training hypnosis, or other tools to help you learn to breathe and relax your body.
Panic attacks and anxiety attacks are very real, they are a biological response. What you feel is happening, and you need help and support in order to learn to control them.
