There are several panic attack symptoms depending on the severity of a panic attack. Panic attack physical symptoms could include, feeling dizzy, light-headed and disoriented all at once, even experiencing scary numbness or tingling sensations compounding to induce a state of full blown fear and loss of control, enough to have you thinking you are dying or having a heart attack.

A panic attack can occur suddenly without warning peaking over a 10 minute period and lasting 20 to 30 minutes before subsiding. The thing is, an experience like this could leave you so shaken and vulnerable, thereby altering your thinking to accommodate the anticipation of yet another and even more panic attacks. You begin to worry about these occurring at any time in the future, and worst of all in a public place for your personal embarrassment. This habit could set the tone for even more re-occurring future attacks, as, such attacks are essentially established in a fear based mindset.

Fear, we should remind ourselves in reality equals; false-evidence-appearing-real. If we persist in our thoughts that frequently feel threatened by many of life’s events, we could lose our perspective of what a normal day to day life event is. When and what an extraordinary life event is, requires just a little more reserve for that occasional moment when we discover ourselves victoriously surmounting our fears. In the process still further discovering our inner-strength that was there all the time, only, we needed to tap into it.

It’s about acquiring an intelligent coping mechanism that kindly acknowledges to itself the difference between a harmless to-do-list as opposed to a fear-based attitude that translates the harmless list, into the over challenging demanding list.

In order to avoid future panic attack symptoms, the root of the problem needs to be analyzed recognized and understood. For once and for all bring the problem into perspective by rightfully taking control of your precious wellbeing. Don’t continue being hard on yourself. Be to yourself the kind of friend you would treasure most, starting right now and notice those panic attack symptoms altogether disappear, then, prematurely reward yourself by celebrating your easy victory!
